Registration
The 2009 Nonprofit Leadership Summit is open to nonprofit professionals at the Director level and above. Only one senior representative from each commercial company is permitted to attend this event.
To apply for a registration, please contact Helen Lee, Senior Director, at 202.861.2496 by August 4, 2009. A confirmation will be sent to you if your registration is accepted. If you have any questions, please contact Helen Lee by phone or email hlee@the-dma.org.

Transfers/Changes Policy:
If you must transfer or change a registration, please submit your request in writing to Helen Lee by August 3, 2009 via fax at 202.628.4383 or e-mail to hlee@the-dma.org.
After August 3, 2009, all changes will be made on-site.
Cancellation Policy:
If DMA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. DMA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.
If you must cancel, please submit cancellations in writing to the DMA Customer Service Department. Registrations cancelled on or before August 5, 2009 will be refunded minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after August 5, 2009 forfeit their registration fee in its entirety. However, you may transfer your registration to someone else without penalty. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations.
